Now your flash drive has become bootable and you can install Windows OS using your bootable flash drive for free. All you have to do is copy all the Windows setup files and paste to your bootable flash drive directly.

After the copy complete, You can now install Windows anytime by Restart your computer, When the BIOS screen appears then press "F12" key, It will show you the boot options from CD/DVD drive, pen drive, etc... Just select pen drive and hit enter then your system will boot from a flash drive. From now on you can install Windows OS with a bootable flash drive.
